- Amendment 0003 is issued in response to requests for information and questions f rom potential offerors. Items updated include: 1. Updates and replaces Section 00 22 11. 2. Updates and replaces Section 01 45 00.00 20 3. Updates and replaces Section 01 57 20.00 02 4. The follow ing draw ings are revised: G001, GC005,GC501, CD106, CD117, CS131, CU102, CU250, CU251, CU254, & EC502. Amendment 0002 corrects references to Section 00 11 00, updates and replaces Section 00 22 11 and extends the due date for proposals by 14 days from 20 January 2023 to 03 February 2023. Amendment 0001 updates Paragraph 7.0, Pre-Proposal Conference, in Section 00 21 00 and makes it consistent with FAR 52.237-7, Site Visit (Construction) in Section 00 72 00. See FAR 52.237-7 in Section 00 72 00 for specific instructions related to the site visit/pre-proposal conference.Construct petroleum oils and lubricants (POL) lines and add/alter (ADAL) fuel yard on and around the KC-46A campus at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. The work entails demolition and replacement of existing pavements, utilities and structures as well as construction and installation of new 2500 BBL, API 650 jet fuel tank, hydrant pump, issue filter/separator, appurtenances, and piping. Other associated work includes containment area, pig launcher pad, valve manifold pad, high point vent and low point drain pits. This project adds to and alters the existing alert area fuel yard to provide a fully functional, complete, and useable facility. See FAR 52.236-27 in Section 00 72 00 of the Request for Proposal for specifics on a site visit for potential offerors on this project.
