- Amendment 3: The document titled ""Combined Synopsis-Solicitation TRIM CRADLES AND STANDS - Rev A"" has superseded by the document titled ""Combined Synopsis-Solicitation TRIM CRADLES AND STANDS - Rev B."" Please utilize Rev B of the document for purposes of this solicitation. The document titled ""Attachment 4 CDRLs"" has been has been superseded by the document titled�""Attachment 4 CDRLs - Rev A.""� In the original version of the document CDRL A001 was duplicated eight times in error.� The revised version includes 8 CDRLs (A001 through A008). All eight of the CDRLs are referenced in the SOW.� The SOW remains unchanged.� Please utilize Rev A for purposes of this solicitation. Section L Paragraph 4.7.3 and Section M Paragraph 2.3.6.2 have been updated to alleviate a conflict with the Statement of Work (SOW).� It clarifies the detail needed in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) required to be submitted as part of the proposal in contrast to the more detailed IMS required within 30 days of contract award (SOW Section 4.3). Section L Paragraph 2.8 Electronic Electronic Offers has been amended to remove the references to CDs to alleviate a conflict with the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which states ""Offers are due by 1:00 PM MT, 1 February 2023 via electronic mail (E-mail)..."" Section L Paragraph 3.1.2 and the table in Section L Paragraphs� 2.3 have been amended to remove the errant references to a ""Schedule B"" and ""the model solicitation."" Changes to the documents have been highlighted in yellow. Only changes in the proposal related to ""Subfactor F: Program Management"" of Section L and Section M (Volume II) and/or pricing� (Volume I) will be accepted.� Offerors may submit an amended proposal or may simply submit an email stating they do not wish to amend their original proposal and their original proposal should be evaluated as is.� The re-opened solicitation due date has been extended to 1:00 PM MT 01 February 2023 Questions will not be accepted after 11:00 AM MT 30 January 2023. Amendment 2: The due date has been extended to 2:00 PM MT 19 January 2023 The document titled ""Combined Synopsis-Solicitation TRIM CRADLES AND STANDS"" has superseded by the document titled ""Combined Synopsis-Solicitation TRIM CRADLES AND STANDS - Rev A.""� Please utilize Rev A of the document for purposes of this solicitation. CLIN 0006 and CLIN 1006 are being utilized (previously Reserved) and subsequent CLINs have been moved up accordingly.� However, the only actual CLINs added to the original solicitation is CLIN 0012 and CLIN 1012.� The TDP included the necessary data for CLINs 0012 and 1012.� However, the CLINs were ommitted from the solicitation in error. Nearly all of the CLIN description fields in the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation have been updated to better match the drawings in the TDP. The acronym DWG in the CLIN descriptions is short for ""Drawing"". Changes to the document have been highlighted in red. Questions will not be accepted after 11:00 AM MT 18 January 2023. Amendment 1: The due date has been extended to 2:00 PM MT 17 January 2023 to avoid any potential conflicts with the Martin Luther King federal holiday. Please disregard the portions of Section L Paragraph 2.8 that refers to CDs.� Each file/folder should� be properly labeled as Volume 1 or Volume 2.� However, as noted in Paragraph 16-19 (viii) of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, email is the preferred method of delivery.� If the file is too large to be transmitted via standard email please email Gregory Hales or Charity Simcox no later than 2:00 MT Friday 13 January 2023 to request a DoD Safe link.� DoD Safe a secure means delivering large files.� The files are uploaded securely into the cloud.� Subsequently, an email is sent to the intended recipient allowing them to download the files from the cloud to a local drive. Scope/Purpose This contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Talon Repair Inspection and Maintenance (TRIM) Aircraft Maintenance Stands and Cradle Support Kits, Travel, and Data. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are annotated for the acquisition of the Maintenance Stands and Cradles in accordance with Attachment 3 Statement of Work (SOW). Technical Data Packages The Technical Data Package (TDP) is provided separately and requires a DD Form 2345. Offerors may request a copy of the TDP by e-mailing a current copy of the DD From 2345 to the Contracting Officer (CO), Greg Hales at gregory.hales.2@us.af.mil or the alternate contact, Charity Simcox at charity.simcox-husa@us.af.mil.. Period of Performance The base ordering period for this contract will be three years from contract award, estimated as 60 days from the solicitation close date.�There is also an optional two year ordering period, if exercised,� The total Period of Performance (including options) is five years. CLIN Structure CLINs 0001-0013 designate the Basic Ordering Period. CLINs 1001-1013 designate the Optional Ordering Period. ***See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation***
