- PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS The Department Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Enterprise Program Management Office has a requirement for brand name Redis Enterprise Software and Support for software implementation. Redis Enterprise software acts as a message queue service to capture messages being sent from Veterans Health Information System Technology Architecture (VistA) instances at the Austin and Philadelphia Information Technology Centers (AITC & PITC), before being sent off to a remote Data Repository hosted in the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC) Amazon Web Services (AWS) Environment and to reduce performance reduction in VistA as messages are sent from VistA. The period of performance shall be twelve (12) months from date of award with two (2) twelve (12) month option periods and one optional task for Redis Enterprise RAM Production Software to be exercised at any time, co-termed within the period of performance in which its exercised, up to twelve (12) times over the life of the delivery order.
