- NOTICE:�� On February 24, 2022 the Government released RFP #80GSFC22R0009, with technical documents attached, for a 10-month GeoXO Spacecraft Phase A Study.� In the August 2022 timeframe, the Government awarded two contracts as a result of the RFP.� The RFP for Phase B (Implementation) is scheduled to be released in late summer, 2023. Recently there has been interest from an additional vendor to join the GeoXO Spacecraft Phase A study at no cost to the Government.� The Government intends to provide the current Phase A technical documents to the vendor so that they may further their own study. The vendor may provide their study documents to the Government and the Government may provide questions and comments back to the vendor.� The Government anticipates entering into a non-reimbursable Space Act Agreement with the vendor. If there are any other parties interested in receiving current Phase A technical documents for the GeoXO Spacecraft Phase A Study, or are interested in participating in the Phase A Study (ending in June 2023) at their own cost, and are willing to enter into the Space Act Agreement, please contact Lisa Mullen@Lisa.A.Mullen@nasa.gov, on or before Thursday February 2, 2023 no later than noon EST.
