- The Missile Defense Agency provides this notice to better inform the industrial base with relevant information regarding the Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) acquisition. This notice supersedes any previous issued notices pertaining to Cyber Threat Hunting. A pre-solicitation synopsis was not published.� The RFQ was issued on 15 July 2022 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2(c)(3)(iii)(B), MDA has provided �the RFQ to as many schedule contractors as practicable, consistent with market research appropriate to the circumstances�� thereby achieving adequate competition and will not be directly soliciting additional quotes.� MDA did not elect to use e-Buy based on the Government's requirements, market research, and schedule considerations. The RFQ due date was extended to 29 Aug 2022.� All quotes must be submitted and received on 29 August 2022 (noon) CST to Shamekia Lawson at shamekia.lawson@mda.mil.� No further extensions will be made to the quotation due date and time.� Send any other inquiries to the MDA Threat Hunting Solicitation mailbox (mdathreathuntingsolicitation@mda.mil), which has been reactivated. Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) requirement (formally known as Cyber Assessment Team (CAT) and Cyber Assistance Team (CAT). As supported by market research, this acquisition is a General Service Administration (GSA) Schedule, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.� The NAICS code is 541519 � Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $30M. The GSA Special Item Number (SIN) applicable to this task order is Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) 54151HACS.� The resultant task order will consist of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost type (No-Fee) Contract Line Items. The period of performance will be comprised of a 2-year base period, three 1-year options, and one six-month option to extend pursuant to FAR 52.217-8.� Contract award is anticipated for the 1st Quarter of Fiscal Year 2023.� If there is any future relevant information, it will be posted to this site.
