Description
This competitive procurement is set-aside for small businesses and conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and FAR Part 19. The synopsis was issued via Sam. Gov on 3 November 2022 . This is a Request for Quote/solicitation, which is expected to result in award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a non-commercial item, one (1) High Pressure Turbine (HPT) Stator Grinding Fixture, Part Number 21C5839G03 (NSN 4920-01-213-3851), and all items included with the fixture to perform full function, in support of the TF34 program. Prior to beginning work, the Government will provide the Contractor Government Furnished Information (GFI) to include drawings the Contractor shall use to manufacture Part Number 21C5839G03. The equipment shall be delivered by 30 September 2023 to Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Engines Facility Complex located at Wright Street Building 797 Jacksonville, FL 32212. Early delivery is acceptable. Contract award is scheduled by 30 November 2022. NAICS Code 336413, PSC 2840. Quotations are being requested. An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that (1) conforms to the requirements of N6852023Q0003 RFQ attached; (2) Complies with the requirements and terms and conditions stated in the RFQ; and (3) that submits the quotation with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of quotations received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Offerors shall complete and include in quotations all representations and certifications, as well as all fill-in provisions and clauses, contained within this RFQ. Additionally, quotations that cannot comply with all terms and conditions in the RFQ, to include the delivery date, shall not apply. Closing Date: Quotations must be received no later than 1:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time on 10 NOVEMBER. Quotations received after that date and time will not be accepted or considered for award. Send Quotations electronically via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/e-mail to: Karen.m.harris36.civ@us.navy.mil. Any correspondence sent via e-mail must contain the subject line ?N68520-22-SIMACQ-613000H-0423 RFQ RESPONSE.? The entire quotation must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 5 megabytes including attachments, if any. If the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted. If sending attachments with email, ensure only .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls or .xlsx documents are sent. Upon award, any provisions that were in the RFQ (including representations and certifications) will be removed from the award document. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All prospective awardees are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain active registration during the life of the contract.
