Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 52800PR230000274 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit bids. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is for brand name Vertiv SiteScan specific to the manufacturer, Vertiv. Line Item 1: The contractor shall purchase and install necessary hardware; making changes to the existing government owned Vertiv SiteScan software to monitor the critical infrastructure of buildings L17A and B in Alexandria, to include the five CRAC units, UPS, and emergency generator. All work should be performed in accordance with the requirements document. Place of Performance: C5ISC- Alexandria, 7323 Telegraph Road, MS 7320, BLDG L17, Alexandria Va 20598 Period of Performance: Date of Award- 1 year. (anticipated award date 7 February 2023). The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order. All proposals submitted shall include cost breakdown, unit price, extended price, shipping costs, payment terms and discount offered for prompt payment. The closing date and time for offers is 3 February 2023 at 5:00PM EDT. Email quotes are acceptable and may be e-mailed to the POC Ann Leuters, Contract Specialist, ann.m.leuters@uscg.mil. Anticipated Award Date for the purchase order is no later than 7 February 2023; this date is an approximation and not exact.
