OSH Survey FY23 Sources Sought, response due10 DAYS FROM WHEN IT IS ISSUED Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 541620 � Environmental Consulting Services Posted Date:� January 26, 2023 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest-level, capabilities and qualifications of small businesses. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requested. Description/Scope of Work: The U.S. General Services Administration anticipates a future procurement to perform support requirements to the Safety, Environmental and Fire Protection Branch of GSA by conducting an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Survey.� This will involve conducting and completing a thorough assessment of all GSA work sites and/or GSA occupied space, and report all conditions impacting employee safety and health. Interested small business contractors are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement/narrative demonstrating the firm�s experience in construction projects of a similar nature as described above. The submittal shall be no longer than ten (10) pages and shall include the following information: Company name, address, point of contact with telephone number and email address. Details of up to two (2) similar projects completed within the last five (5) years that are relevant to the work that will be required under this project. Firms must include the following information for each of the projects: State whether the firm acted as the Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. Discuss firm�s actual role in project. Dates for the project. All projects shall demonstrate the similar requirements. Project references (including owner with telephone number and e-mail address). Project cost, term, and complexity of job. E-MAIL RESPONSES ARE REQUIRED. Electronic versions of your capabilities statement and responses to the above conditions should not exceed ten (10) pages and shall be submitted via e- mail to Mr. Arvid Gooray, Contracting Officer, at Arvid.Gooray@gsa.gov. Again, this is not a request for proposals. This is for planning purposes only and is a market research tool to determine availability and adequacy of potential Sources. The Government will not reimburse responders for the cost of the submittals.
