- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.�This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach. Sources Sought Posting - W912NS23Q2004 � Food Service / Catering Camp Crowder, 1-30 JUN 2023 This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The MOARNG requires Food Service or Catering Service to feed ~1,000 Soldiers Breakfast and Dinner daily from 1-18 June 2023, and ~500 Soldiers Breakfast and Dinner daily from 19-30 June 2023. The MOARNG is seeking to identify qualified and responsible sources to help us meet the requirement. Anticipated period of performance will be for a 30-day period and the performance location will be Camp Crowder, 799 National Guard Dr, Neosho, MO 64850. The meal serving times are: Breakfast�to begin at 6:00AM and Dinner to begin at 5:00PM, with a two (2) hour serving period for all meals.� The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement will be 722310 (Food Service Contractors) or 722320 (Caterers) and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be S203 Housekeeping - Food. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services described herein. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 09 February 2023 at 1:00 pm Central Time to Stephen Miller, via email at Stephen.j.miller1.civ@army.mil and Ed Roman at Hediberto.roman.civ@army.mil.� We request food service or catering vendors to provide feedback on the following questions: A. Which of the following methods of support would your company be willing and able to perform to meet the government�s need: Food Service Contractor to provide staffing and supply the food and cook meals based on the 21-day cycle menu (Exhibit 1) or your own menu meeting minimum meal requirements (Exhibit 2) using the Camp Crowder kitchen and food service equipment (Exhibit 3); or Catering Service Contractor to supply the food and cook meals based on your own menu meeting minimum meal requirements (Exhibit 2) using your off-site non-government kitchen facility and deliver the meals to Camp Crowder. B.�COMPANY PROFILE. To include: Company name and address; name of principal point of contact (including title, telephone and email address); UEI number and/or�CAGE Code; Socio-Economic status, if applicable, such as SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone; and Confirmation of active registration in SAM (http://www.sam.gov). C.�RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Include experience in performing efforts of similar value, size, and scope within the last five (5) years. The following information is requested for each of your references: Contract Number and Project Title; Name of Contracting Activity;� Indication of whether your firm acted as prime or subcontractor, Contract Period of Performance and Contract Value, and Brief summary of the work performed and how it relates to the technical services described herein. D.�Do you have the capability to perform this requirement and have an interest in quoting in response to a Request for Quote / Request for Proposal? Would you be interested in attending a site-visit at the Camp Crowder kitchen facility prior to submitting a quote/proposal? Additional information, if any, that the responder believes to be relevant to this requirement. NOTE: THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS ACQUISITION AT ANY TIME.
