- Description
- An Interacoustic Titan that provides impedance measurements to support ENT clinic and newborn hearing screening capabilities for the Audiology Clinic. This equipment will also provide mobile impedance and OAE (Otoacoustic Emissions) functionality, which will be needed for the expansion of pediatric operations and standardization of waiver process for active-duty flyers. The four modules provided in this single device will allow for screening, diagnostic, and advanced clinical testing. The Interacoustic Titan will help streamline and improve workflow by using advanced technologies such as endless airflow pressure control technology, high resolution recordings, and an intelligent pump system with an adaptive speed control around the tympanic peak. The included ABRIS (Auditory Brainstem Response Infant Screening) feature allows for automated Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing for infants. This protocol provides a reliable automated ABR test with a sensitivity of 99.9% and a specificity of 96%, reducing test time by up to 50% when compared to traditional ABR testing this will be crucial when expanding pediatric operations. Unless determined otherwise, the vendor will provide the following: 1. Installation and staff training on the equipment (3 personnel) shall be included 2. Machine 2.1. Shall provide impedance measurements, including mobile & OAE functionality to support ENT clinic 2.2. Shall have newborn hearing screening capabilities for Audiology clinic 2.3. Four modules in one device to allow for screening, diagnostic and advanced clinical testing shall be included 2.4. Shall have ABRIS feature to allow automated Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) testing for infants Shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Needs.
