This is a Synopsis/pre-solicitation notice:� Solicitation for end item:�AIRCRAFT, OSPREY V-22, 1680-016040814, PR: 93619497, P/N 37173A-04.� This is an unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 15 each.
