- �McAlester Army Ammunition Plant has issued a request for RR Rails (See posted solicitation for additional requirements.) FOB Destination - McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This solicitation will be issued via the internet at https//www.sam.gov and will close 02/13/2023 at 3:00 pm Central Standard time.
