- Description
- This requirement is to provide recovery and remediation for exercises and real-world incidents involving Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Minuteman III (MMIII) liquid and solid propulsion assets.� The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, storage for equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, decontamination, heavy lift capabilities and other items. The Contractor shall also provide services necessary to perform rapid response to the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) MMIII (MMIII) Systems Directorate (SD), MMIII liquid and solid rocket motor incidents and exercises except for those items specified as government furnished property. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The primary responsibilities under this effort include (a) vehicle recovery to include recovery of damaged asset(s) by abnormal means; (b) explosive cleanup and remediation services; and (c) hazardous waste cleanup and remediation. Services include rapid response to incidents, positive seamless communication link, participation in development and update of readiness and response plans, and participation in training exercises. The Contractor shall accomplish complete integration with existing Air Force (AF) capabilities to include communication, command and control management techniques, breathing air, cover all 4 levels of protection and associated protective equipment as designated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration�The primary responsibilities under this effort include (a) vehicle recovery to include recovery of damaged asset(s) by abnormal means; (b) explosive cleanup and remediation services; and (c) hazardous waste cleanup and remediation. Services include rapid response to incidents, positive seamless communication link, participation in development and update of readiness and response plans, and participation in training exercises.
