Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT Market Survey.� The United States Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tenant Division - Facilities Branch, is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources to provide preventative maintenance and repairs services to the digital display boards (marquees) at the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland locations and Adelphi Laboratory Center. NOT RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE DOES NOT PRECLUDE PARTICIPATION IN ANY FUTURE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) OR RFP, IF ANY ISSUED. IF A SOLICITATION IS RELEASED, IT WILL BE SYNOPSIZED ON THE GOVERNMENT-WIDE POINT OF ENTRY (GPE). IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE (SAM.gov) FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT. THERE IS NO SOLICATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does it issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. Place of Performance: �Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD to include APG North, APG South, Adelphi Laboratory Center, and Blossom Point. Required Capabilities: The U.S. Government is seeking sources to support a contract to provide preventative maintenance and repairs services to the digital display boards (marquees) at APG and Adelphi, MD locations. The contract shall provide all parts, materials, equipment, qualified labor, tools, and transportation to perform maintenance of digital display boards. This includes any shipping/handling charges to repair/replace failed electronic components not readily available. Each on-site maintenance service shall include physical inspection as well as additional services as listed in Section 2.0 of the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors are encouraged to obtain further information on SAM registration at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.� SUBMISSION DETAILS: If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, CAGE Code and size and type of ownership for the organization; Respondents to this notice also must indicate whether they qualify as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Women-Owned, HUBZone, or Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concern; and 3) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF) to the Purchasing Agent, Nicole Sutton, at nicole.s.sutton2.civ@army.mil and the Contracting Officer, Erin Hynes, at erin.l.hynes.civ@army.mil. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
