Description

Army Contracting Command - Sierra Army Depot is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a firm fixed price purchase order for one (1) Hi-Rail Gear Attachment kit for a Deere Gator to be used by rail crew to inspect railroad tracks/rails located at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). The Hi-Rail Gear Attachment is for an already purchased John Deere Gator XUV825M. Mitchell Rail Gear. Model 0505 Flexiride Rail Gear Series II for Deere Gator XUV825M. Includes: � 0505 Series II Rail Gear Kit Manual Lock Pins. � In-Cab Controls with Electric In-Cab Safety Pin Lock. � Composite Rail Wheels. � Rail Shunts. � Replacement Tires (4 Tires). � Front Hydraulics Mount Kit (mounting brackets, built-in re-rail skids, steering wheel lock, and �wheel spacers). � Installed weight of Rail Gear ranges from 625 lbs. to 700 lbs. This is not a request for competitive quotes at this time.� The solicitation requirement and contract documents to include instructions for submission and response date will be available on or about 7 February 2023.
