This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The Government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes, or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Erie VA is seeking potential sources for a Brand Name or Equal Requirement for three (3) Electric Lift Treatment Tables. Background: These tables are being requested by the Erie VA Medical Center in order to enhance patient safety by being able to adjust patient positional movements while performing such treatments as Osteopathic Manipulation and Acupuncture as well as to accommodate the uniqueness of a varied patient population. Brand Name Item Used for Reference: Oakworks PerformaLift 4 Sect, ABC & FUZ Any product offered must meet the following specifications in order to be acceptable and meet the Government s need: Minimum of 29 wide / maximum of 31 wide Minimum of 73 long / maximum of 77 long Must be Blue or Teal upholstery (please provide color samples with information) Minimum of 4 of padding Must have a heating system built in the table Must have 1 closed shelf to store accessories Must accommodate patients with maximum of 500 lb. weight capacity Must have electric to obtain desired height adjustment Must have lockable casters to provide stability Must have adjustable movements on the tabletop, back rest, leg rest, and seat portion adjustable for proper positioning of patient depending on treatment modality Adjustable tabletop height from 20 to 38 Table tilt of -/+ 15 degrees Electrical adjustable back rest from 0 60 degrees Electrical adjustable leg rest Must have adjustable breast comfort to accommodate our female veteran population while lying face down Must have the ability to lift or lower the entire table with a foot or hand control Must have adjustable face rest with lock, which holds the platform in place to provide many different angles that will provide top comfort for the patient while lying face down Must have a smooth movement lift system to ensure patient comfort and maintain stability.
