- AMDT0002 Solicitation closing date has been extended until 10 February 2023 at 1600L. Responses to industry comments are forthcoming. AMDT0001 Administrative AmendmentSolicitation Notice TEAMS-NextAgency Operations HQ0858-22-R-0010 The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has an Agency Operations (AO) requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support-Next (TEAMS-Next) acquisitions. The requirements in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are for Agency-wide Operations support directed by the MDA Director for Operations (DO). The AO activities include Strategic Planning and Financial Management, Cost Estimating and Analysis, Accounting and Financial Improvement, Financial Systems Support and Integration, Foreign Military Sales, Human Resources, Equal Employment Opportunity, Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) outreach. The MDA intends to competitively award a 100% small business set-aside; Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Level-of-Effort (CPFF-LOE) contract to a single source using source selection procedures in FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 541330 (Engineering Services) and the Small Business Size Standard will be $41.5M. The contract will be for a base period of three (3) years, two (2) one-year options, and one (1) six month option should the Government need to extend services in accordance with FAR52.217-8. Award will be made on the best value to the Government. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in accordance with FAR 4.1102. Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM at https://sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at website piee.eb.mil. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the PIEE website for any amendments that may be issued. Complete Proposals must be delivered in PIEE no later than 4:00pm Central time Friday, February 3, 2023.
