- Type of Project:� Construction (Roof Replacement) The FAA is seeking capable and qualified sources to provide statements of interest in response to this announcement for the purpose of market research and determination of acquisition strategy. The responses to this announcement will be used for informational purposes only to assess the availability of competition among interested, and capable vendors. This is not a request for proposal of any kind. Therefore any cost associated with responses to this announcement is solely at the interested vendor�s risk. Please note that the attached requirement documents are in DRAFT format and are subject to change. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide any questions, comments, or concerns related to the requirements contained in the draft documents attached in their response. Currently, the FAA is contemplating a single firm fixed price contract award to the lowest price offeror determined responsible. Responses from this announcement are intended to be used to determine if this requirement can be set-aside for part, or all, for small businesses, SBA 8(a) program participants, or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). In addition to small business type, a local area set-aside (vendors whose businesses are based within 50 miles of the work site) may also be considered if adequate interest is received by the FAA from local vendors as a result of this announcement. Any resulting solicitation may be publicly posted via SAM.gov, or a limited competition pool for direct solicitation may be established as a result announcement. As such, interested vendors are encouraged to respond to this announcement to make their interest known. � ���� Interested vendors are requested to include the following information along with their submission: Capability Statement - This document should identify: - Provision of services as listed in the draft Statement of Work that have been provided by your firm for efforts similar in scope and magnitude - Previous contracts performed or in progress for similar equipment / services (elaborate: quantities, dollar amounts and provide detailed information and past performance) - Number of years in business - Please clearly state if your company can perform all requirements listed in the SOW. Expected programmatic approach (in-house, teaming, subcontracting, etc.) - Respondents must provide their strategy for accomplishing this work, including the percentage of work that will be done by eligible small, SBA 8(a) certified businesses and SDVOSBs. Rough Order of Magnitude (a rough estimate for the FAA�s budgetary purposes). All responses to this announcement must be received by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on February 16th, 2023.
