Description

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (The CDFI Fund) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for �Administrative Services for Streamlining Standard Operating Procedures.� Task orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-3 and the Offeror�s current GSA MAS 541611. This requirement does not have a small business set-aside.Offerors must have a current GSA MAS 541611 schedule contract in order to be eligible for this BPA award. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror shall submit a quote that clearly contains the required specifications contained in the Quotation Instructions and the Performance Work Statements.� Please submit your proposals in accordance with the Quotation Instructions on the attached document titled RFQ-CDF-23-SOPS for the Base BPA, and complete the Attachment 1 - Labor Categories and Rates (Base) as well as Attachment 5 - Initial BPA Order Pricing Sheet.�
