- FEBRUARY 8, 2023: The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revised Statement of Work (SOW) dated 2/8/2023 and to add CLIN 00006 (transfer of certificate, if required) to the Schedule B (proposed pricing). The deadline to submit proposals or proposal revisions is hereby extended to 5:00 Central Time on February 17, 2023. For the purposes of submitting a proposal, the SOW is the governing document (not the current certificate). The SOW was revised to clarify Section 6.0 (number of employees). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FEBRUARY 6 2023: The purpose of this posting is to clarify the total number of employees.�The locations listed in the certificate are not applicable for proposal purposes. The locations in the SOW comprise the complete list. For proposal purposes, the SOW contains the three sites and the number of employees per site that are applicable to this requirement. The SOW is the governing document (NOT the certificate) for the purposes of submitting a proposal.�� ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- FEBRUARY 2 2023: New attachments to solicitation 6973GH-23-R-00035: 1)6973GH-23-R-00035-0002; 2) Revised SOW. This SOW replaces all previous versions. 3) Updated proposed� pricing spreadsheet to remove travel line items. Deadline for proposal submissions remains unchanged at 5:00 Central Time on February 10, 2023.
