Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Change Healthcare.� The contractor shall provide switching services for the pharmacy department at the Fort Belknap Service Unit located in Harlem, MT on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. The contractor shall provide the switching services for the entire contract: Base Year (12 Months) and 4 Option Years.� This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.� Firms that believe they can provide switching services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within�5 days of the publication date of this notice.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is�within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.�
