This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N23Q0012 for OSDP wear sleeves for Dredge Essayons at 8010 NW St. Helens Road, Portland, OR 97210 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� This is a firm fixed price supply contract. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 effective 30 December 2022. This solicitation is advertised as a total small business set-aside for firm fixed price supply contract, under NAICS Code 336611 - Ship Building and Repairing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
