Description: The American Embassy in Tbilisi requires to maintain the Gates identify in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The Contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing gates services in accordance with manufacturer's warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and VAT (if applicable). The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance
