USAID is posting this presolicitation/synopsis to notify the public that this procurement, previously posted to sam.gov as Sources Sought Notice ID RFI-7200AA-22-REACH titled (U.S. President�s Malaria Initiative (PMI) Reaching Every At-Risk Community and Household with Malaria Services (REACH Malaria)). Type of procurement: full and open competition procedures pursuant to Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to be posted on SAM.gov Contracting Office�Address and Zip: USAID M/OAA Office of Acquisition & Assistance 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20523-1000 The anticipated RFP number: 7200AA23R00002 NAICS code: 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services (Size Standard in Millions of Dollars is $17.0 according to SBA Table of Small Business Size) The authorized geographic code for this procurement is 935. Place of Performance: worldwide Description: the purpose is to provide implementation support and technical assistance to Ministries of Health (MoHs), local partners, and the global malaria community to accelerate progress in planning, delivery and monitoring of facility and community-based malaria services, including malaria case management, prevention of malaria in pregnancy (MiP), seasonal malaria chemoprevention (SMC), tailored deployment of existing and new WHO-approved, non-vector control prevention and control interventions and data collection and use for service delivery. USAID anticipates a single award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for a five-year period of performance as a result of the anticipated RFP. Anticipated date of the award o/a October 2023. Objectives: Objective 1: Strengthened implementation of quality malaria service delivery with a focus on unreached populations; Objective 2: Strengthened and more resilient health systems�for malaria service delivery from national to community level; Objective 3: Effective global leadership in malaria service delivery approaches provided.
