- 10 Feb 2023: Amendment 0003-The purpose of amendment(3) is to provide an updated PWS dated 10 Feb 2023.� Updates to PWS sections 1.5.5, 1.5.6.1 and 3.2.� Proposal submission date is changed from 15 Feb 2023 CDT to 17 Feb 2023 CDT. 09 Feb 2023: Amendment 0002-The purpose of amendement(2) is to provide questions/answers, Attachment B-MFLEETS Security Control and an updated PWS dated 09 Feb 2023. 07 Feb 2023: Amendment 0001-Updates proposal submission date from 10 Feb 2023 12pm cdt to 15 Feb 2023 12pm cdt. 02 Feb 2023: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from the United States Army, Headquarters, Installation Management Command (HQ IMCOM), Provost Marshal/ Protection (PM/P) Directorate to procure a non-personal services contract to provide mobile first responder technical solutions supported by a data center, which is commonly referred to by the program name, �Mobile Federal Law Enforcement Enterprise Technical Service (MFLEETS). The service outlined encompasses personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide an integrated in-vehicle law enforcement video solution, archival, and content management service for US Army Law Enforcement organizations. Contract Type:� A Firm Fixed Price (FFP).� The award will be made to the offeror who provides a proposal that is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Period of Performance:� The anticipated period of performance will be a 30-day phase in. A base period and four (4) one year option periods to include the six-month extension under FAR 52-217-8, if exercised. The anticipated full period of performance is March 31, 2023, to March 30, 2028. All questions must be submitted by 07 February 2023 12:00 p.m. CDT in writing to Mrs. Stephanie Deal at stephanie.r.deal.civ@army.mil and Mr. James Davis at james.m.davis1.civ@army.mil. Any changes to the RFP will be conveyed through an amendment to the RFP. Solicitation amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website at�https://.sam.gov/.�Offerors are responsible for checking the website for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at�https://sam.gov/SAM/
