- The Homestead Contracting Office is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing hotel(s) in support of the Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB) 2023 Airshow in�accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THE HARB CONTRACTING OFFICE WILL NOT BE COMMITTED TO CONTRACT FOR ANY SERVICE AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL NOT ASSUME THAT A SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICE AS A RESULT OF THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. HARB Contracting is seeking information to fulfill lodging requirement in support of the 2023 Homestead Airshow. - Hotel(s) need to have at least a 3 Star rating and be able to accommodate attrition with payment based off occupancy and not total rooms blocked.� - The date range is from 29 Mar 2023 to 03 April 2023. - The estimated number of rooms is One Hundred and twenty-five (125),�The estimated number of rooms are subject to change. - Rate not to exceed the daily government per-diem rate for the Homestead or Miami area. - Number of nights is 5 nights. The number of days that each room is needed for is subject to change. HARB is trying to determine the availability of rooms and within 30 miles radius from Homestead Air Force Reserve Base, that can provide lodging within the specifications stated above. If a solicitation is issued, it will contain more detailed information to allow vendors to prepare a quote. THIS IS ONLY A SOURCES SOUGHT Requested Information ��� a. Hotel Name and Address ��� b. Unique Entity Identifier ��� f. Brief Room Descriptions ��� g. Average Room Price Per Night Response Guidelines Interested vendors should respond to this Sources Sought via e-mail with the requested information included in the body of the e-mail. Responses shall be sent to Consuelo Kiser at consuelo.kiser@us.af.mil. The deadline to submit responses is February 17, 2023, at 12:00 pm EST. Questions Questions regarding this Sources Sought shall be submitted via e-mail to Consuelo Kiser at consuelo.kiser@us.af.mil. The HARB Contracting Office does not guarantee that questions submitted after February 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm EST will be answered. DISCLAIMER: This Sources Sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes, nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. The Government does not intend to pay for information received in response to this notice. Responders to this ""Sources Sought"" are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. This Sources Sought will be the basis for collecting information on capabilities that could fulfill the government's requirement. Responses to this ""sources sought"" are not proposals and, therefore, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
