Description

Amendment 2 Questions and answers have been posted. Due date for quotes remains unchanged. Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to remove Service Contract Act (SCA) applicable clauses, FAR 52.222-41 and FAR 52.222-42. As a result, Wage Determination 2015-5147 Rev 20 has been removed as no longer applicable. Also, under ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS, a suspense date for questions to the solicitation has been added. Questions are due 10 FEB NLT 12:00 PM CST. Initial date of offers due, 20 FEB 2023, has not changed. Original Keesler AFB is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) under the 81 TRW's Human Performance Program initiative. Pease see the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and instructions found in the SF 1449. This is a competitive Request for Quote (RFQ). In accordance with 41 U.S.C. �� 6701-6707, this requirement is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute. Therefore, the Wage Determination will be applicable for the county in which the service will be performed. For your reference, the current Wage Determination has been provided (Attachment 2) and can be found at https://sam.gov/content/home.
