- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for Patient Ground Transportation Services for the Gulf Coast Veteran Health Care Systems Biloxi, and associated CBOCs located in Florida and Alabama as per the performance work statement. NCO 16 is seeking services as per the performance work statement within the solicitation. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The Solicitation Number is 36C25623Q0460 and it is Unrestricted.
