Description
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY, which is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 10.001(a). This is not a solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this request. There is no solicitation package available at this time. All interested parties should send responses and any comments/questions to Ms. Shelby Saum, email: Shelby.a.saum.civ@army.mil. All responses must be received NLT 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 02 March 2023. All questions and comments must be in writing; no telephone calls will be accepted. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Army Office of Business Transformation (OBT) is requesting information and conducting market research to identify and determine if there are potential sources which have the capabilities to provide software licensing and help desk support for PowerSteering software or a brand name equivalent.� As part of its market research, OBT is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes.� PowerSteering is a robust, web-based scalable, commercial off-the-shelf project tracking and reporting tool that focuses on Continuous Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma to facilitate the Army�s Business Transformation with help desk support, and maintenance that will operate on Army internal networks. OBT requires licensing and help desk support as fully described in the attached Performance Work Statement.� All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the software (or equivalent) and services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Interested parties are required to be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM). �Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov.
