Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice Subject to FAR clause 52.215-3 entitled ""Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes,"" this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes for procurement of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) in support of Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT). The Government has determined that these supplies and services are commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. It is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than to gain the information requested, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Description The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research to identify interested parties for the requirement to�deliver and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) necessary for daily operations of the Medical Readiness Division/Embedded Mental Health at Bldg. X70.� See Draft Statement of Work (SOW) posted with this notice for list of FF&E, technical specifications, building plans and other details. Delivery Location X-70 Medical Readiness Division Office 9591 Maryland Avenue Bldg. X70 Naval Station Norfolk Norfolk, VA 23511 Required Delivery Date: 31 July 2023. NAICS Code The NAICS code for this requirement is anticipated to be 337127 � Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. The anticipated Federal Supply Code is 7195 � Miscellaneous Furniture and Fixtures. Capabilities Statement The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred. If your organization has the capability of providing above requirement, please provide the following information:� 1. �Full business name, street address, website address, point of contact, telephone number, and e-mail address 2. �Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) code and DUNS number. 3. �Size of business:� Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), HubZone, Woman-owned, ���� Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, or other category 4. �If the items can be obtained from a GSA schedule, existing IDIQ or any other contract vehicle, please provide the ��� �applicable contract number. 5.� Capability statement showing contractor�s ability to provide minimum requirements.
