Description: The NHLBI OCD requires affordable / extended stay housing for long term patients on NHLBI protocols in order to allow patients to stay near the NIH as required per protocol (typically following transplantation). Family and caregiver travel costs back and forth to the NIH must be included. POP 3/1/23 - 2/29/24 Nightly stay quoted by daily rate. These are normally extended stays, depending on the protocol. Kitchen, handicap access, etc. will differ based on patient and length of stay. Please quote with full amenities.�
