Silverbell Rd. going North on N. Silverbell Rd. to W. Ina Rd. North: East on W. Ina Rd. to E. Skyline Dr. going East on E. Skyline Dr. to Sunrise going South, South on Sunrise to N. Craycroft East: South on N. Craycroft to E. River Rd. going West on E. River Rd. to N. Alvernon Way, Heading South on N/S Alvernon Way to E. Irvington Rd. South: West on E. Irvington Rd. continuing thru to W. Irvington Rd., West on W. Irvington Rd to I-19 *See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):��5,996 Maximum Sq. Ft. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.
