Location of Work: Eielson AFB, Alaska Subject: Presolicitation Notice. Proposed Solicitation number: To be determined. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the following construction project,�FTQW 21-1012 Repair COMM Cooling. The general scope of this project includes the design and replacement of the three existing computer room cooling (CRAC) units and demolition of the chiller/air handler, in accordance�with (IAW) all applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), following new construction requirements at Eielson Air Force Base (AFB). Estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or after 10 March 2023, with the solicitation closing approximately 30 days thereafter. it will be issued electronically at the SAM.gov wesite- https://sam.gov Specifications and Drawings will be included in a resulting solicitation. The Air Force is operating under a Class Brand Name Justification and only brand name Liebert�HVAC systems will be used in this project.
