In general, the scope involves removal & replacement of flooring and cove base, as well as drywall finish work (where damage exists) and painting all walls. Scope also includes the removal of a portion of wall to expand into a larger space, as well as installation of a portion of new suspended drop ceiling, removal of stored materials and various utility work, as detailed herein.
