Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Special Communications Missions� Solutions Division has a requirement to procure CMC Electronique, Inc. (CMC) TacView Portable Mission Displays (PMDs) and associated equipment.� The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) through a five year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract.� The CCC will subcontract 100% to CMC, the manufacturer of the required equipment.� The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
