- The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of the Senior Procurement Official (OSPE) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302 � 1(a)(2)(ii)� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements� to: �Leadership Development Services d/b/a Center for Mentoring Excellence, 3040 78TH Avenue SE #1173 Mercer Island, Washington 98040 This requirement is for a virtual facilitation and online mentoring program using proprietary software for up to 70 federal users. As such, the Center for Mentoring Excellence is able to provide the required services. This action will result in a fixed price purchase order. The period of performance will commence on or about March 1, 2023. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541618- Other Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $19 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Noon (ET). A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the� Government. All responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel this requirement.
