See attachments.� the government will offer a site visit next Thursday February 23, 2023, at 10:00 hours at the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt and the Siedlung at 13:30 Hours. Offerors planning to attend the site visit must submit the Name, Phone number, Organization/Company, Citizenship, and Passport # & nationality, of their company�s representatives to the attention of FAC Mr. Juergen Greyer; email: GeyerJ@state.gov as the main POC and cc perezacevedoa@state.gov at U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, no later than February 20, 2023. Please use subject line: �RSVP 19GE50-23-R-0008 �Grounds Keeping and Winter Maintenance Services Site visit�. Attendance is limited to two (2) person per company, at the actual site visit which will be held inside the compound. During the site visit, social distancing regulations shall apply and visitors shall bring and wear a PPF2 mask at all time. No electronic devisees i.e., mobile phones, laptops etc., shall be permitted in the US Embassy building/compound. No substitutes or additional persons may attend the site visit.� Attendees are requested to carry copy of the solicitation document and their photo ID along with them for validation. Without photo ID, attendees will not be allowed to participate in the pre-proposal conference or site visit.� Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for grounds maintenance and winter services, on behalf of the U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt. The complete offer package shall be e-mailed to Ms. Alexandra Perez Acevedo PerezAcevedoA@state.gov with a copy to IshchenkoIM@state.gov,� named on the subject �Proposal 19GE5023R0008�, no later than 14:00 hours Central� European Time (CET). March 10, 2023. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The one exception is Attachment 12.2.1, the Itemized cost breakdown which shall be submitted as completed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. Please note: All communication and the award documents shall be in English. Please do NOT contact the Embassy directly regarding this project. Attachment 12.2.1 of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section III of the solicitation. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). Section V of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. The Vendor Shall submit Form W-14 if applicable. An organized Site Visit will be held on Thursday February 23, 2023, at 10:00 hours at the U.S. Consulate Frankfurt and the Siedlung at 13:30 Hours to review the site conditions and major aspects of the project and the formalities needed to submit pricing and technical proposals. Note: No visa assistance shall be provided U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt Gie�ener 30, 60435 Frankfurt am Main Germany The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in Section III and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
