Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4 Single Source Selection, the purpose of this�announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the contract period of performance for the current Center Operation Maintenance Services contract, 692M15-19-C-00039 with JanCo FS 2, LLC for six (6) months, July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 extension on a Single Source basis to ensure continuity of critical Center Operation Maintenance Services, while the FAA continues with competition for the follow-on contract. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.� The FAA is not liable for any costs�associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
