Description

SEE UPDATE BELOW.This is a non-personal services, single award, firm fixed price requirement for the removal of mattresses from the UPH warehouse at 212 3rd Street, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe, Hawaii and the barracks at the Puuloa Range Training Facility, Ewa Beach, Hawaii. Quantity 1500 unserviceable mattresses from UPH warehouse at 212 3rd Street, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Kaneohe, Hawaii; Quantity 200 unserviceable mattresses from Barracks at the Puuloa Range Training Facility, Ewa Beach, Hawaii. TOTAL NUMBER OF UNSERVICEABLE MATTRESSES TO BE REMOVED: 1700 In order to meet the habitability and space utility requirements of the Marine Corps Base Hawaii, the unserviceable mattresses must be picked up and removed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in this solicitation. The contractor shall provide sufficient quantities and types of trained, qualified, or certified Contractor personnel and all labor, materials, equipment to perform the following work: Pickup and removal of unserviceable mattresses that are presently stored by the UPH Division Housing Department aboard MCBH, Kaneohe, Hawaii and the barracks at the Puuloa Range Training Facility.� All offerors are required to submit a capability statement and action plan for this requirement.
