Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requests on an unrestricted basis, the procurement of Touch Labor Services as indicated within the Statement of Work in Section ""C"" of the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) #N4669823R4026. Please note, the proposal submission requirements and details within section ""L"" when furnishing your response. Response to this request is no later than 17 March 2023 1:00 PM EST.
