This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a Firm Fixed price, one-year purchase order, to provide up to 3 Medical Billing technicians.� This is a 100% Buy Indian and Small business set aside with a two-tiered evaluation process with regards to any submitted proposals as identified with FAR 52.212-2.� First tier, Native owned IEE or ISBEE�s proposals will be considered.� If no IEE or ISBEE vendors submit proposals or the proposals submitted do not meet the requirements set forth herein, proposals identified within the second tier will be evaluated.� Second tier, all other small business submissions.� All proposals must meet the requirements set forth in the RFP.
