Site Electrical Medium Voltage Preventative Maintenance, NIST, Boulder, CO The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement to perform the necessary activities to provide a preventative maintenance and repair / replacement program for medium voltage electrical equipment and partial discharge testing of medium voltage conductors per the statement of work (SOW).� Please refer to attached SF1449 for SOW and all other necessary criteria.
