Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, Maryland in support of the US Army Institute of Surgical Research (USAISR) is issuing this notice of intent to procure items via Sole Source through the award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.501) with Canon Medical Informatics, Inc., 5850 Opus Parkway, Suite 300, Minnetonka, MN 55343. Under the contemplated award, Canon Medical Informatics, Inc. will provide the following support for existing software: Vitrea Enterprise Premier software annual maintenance including updates as they become available: Request for Information (RFI) HT9425-23-SSN-TB02 was posted on https://SAM.gov/ from 08 February 2023 to 13 February 2023 with no responses received. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.� There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $34.0 million. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.� Responsible, interested parties may identify their interest by submitting capability information by Thursday, 09 March 2023 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in order to establish the ability of the responder to meet this requirement.� A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing responses to this notification.� All inquiries must be submitted via email to terry.g.bice.civ@health.mil.
