- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) has entered into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Navajo Communications under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) sole Source. For continuation of three (03) special lines for the BIE-Eastern Navajo Dine Judicial Complex. Crownpoint, New Mexico. The current provider of this service, Navajo Communication has sole ownership of the infrastructures of the utility poles and was in place when the school was built. The anticipated delivery is January 31, 2024 No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 517111.
