Material harvested from the Houghtaling Island DMPS will NOT be transported via the land access trail. All material harvested by the Contractor from cell A.1 must be transported off-shore via the Hudson River, using existing ingress and egress corridors. The transportation of material off-site via land access roads is strictly prohibited. All material must remain within the existing DMPS footprint prior to transport. After removal of the material, the containment cell will need to be regraded and the dike walls repaired based on the plans and specifications prepared by USACE.
