- Description
- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price�to obtain a full supply of Propylene Glycol to support the COOP program and ASOS program for the winter season�s maintenance needs. This requisition will replenish warehouse stock needed to support orders through FY23. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the best value to the Government, considering both price and non-price factors, see�1352.213-70 Evaluation Using Sap�in the solicitation. If you have any questions regarding this requirement please do not hesitate to reach out using the contact information provided within the allotted time frame in specified in the solicitation. Updated: The UPC Barcode Labels shall be applied to each bottle as well as the outer package. The instructions in Section 5.3.1(Specs for Packaged Units of Propylene-Glycol), failed to mention 'Appendix A' of that same packaging instructions document.�� However, starting on Page 14, it states 'in addition to standard marking labels, special marking shall be added' to the containers (bottles of 1-quart propylene glycol). Instructions to vendors for marking shipments to NLSC (see pages 15, 16, &17, for illustrations of UPC barcode).
