Description

Ft. Logan National Cemetery Phase 1A Expansion (Construction FY23) Project No. 888-043 THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM), is issuing a Pre-solicitation Notice for a construction requirement for Phase 1A Expansion project located at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W Kenyon Ave., Denver, CO, 80236. This procurement is a 100% set-a-side for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns and will be released under Solicitation Number 36C10F23R0013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) with the size standard of $45M. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $20M and $50M. VA intends to conduct this acquisition in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101 Best Value Continuum and FAR Part 15.101-2 Tradeoff Process. The VA intends to publish the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) and all subsequent amendments to this RFP through the System for Award Management (SAM) website. By registering in SAM, at https://sam.gov, an offeror will have access to these notifications, as well as download-able plans, specifications and amendments, which will be available only electronic format. It is the offeror's responsibility to actively monitor the website for issuance of the RFP and any amendments to the RFP. Offeror's must be listed in Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#search and be currently registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. VA intends to issue the solicitation in 15 to 45 calendar days from this notice.
