Description

Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Performance Designs (BRAND NAME) high-profile training and demonstration parachute canopies.� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract inclusive of delivery for the specified parachute systems.� � This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an unrestricted basis.� The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (BNJ) will be posted with the solicitation.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 314999, and the size standard is 500 employees.� A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at the SAM.Gov website.� Offerors must be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Information on SAM may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
