Description: The 496th Air Base Squadron (ABS) Civil Engineering (CE) have a requirement for construction materials ans supplies to include electrical supplies as stated in the Statement of Objectives (SOO) (Attachment 1).�Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment needed to off load all materials from delivery vehicles, and store them inside the designated Mor�n Air Base warehouse, specified by the Government.
