- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH INFORMATION AND ACQUISITION PLANNING PURPOSES.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND A FORMAL SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.� THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE AN RFQ, CONTRACT, OR ORDER.�Your response to this RFI will be treated as information only and will not be used as a proposal.� No entitlement to payment, of direct or indirect costs, or charges to the Government will arise as a result of a contractor's submission of a response to this announcement or the Government's use of such information. Any contractor who wishes to identify their interests and capability to provide this service must respond using attachment 3, Sources Sought Questionnaire and may submit up to a 2 page capabilities statement.� Responses are due NLT 11:00 a.m., Mountain Time, 10 March 2023. Notification shall be e-mailed to tracie.winfree@spaceforce.mil and riley.smith.3@spaceforce.mil. Description of Services. The Contractor shall furnish labor and material necessary to perform technical support, testing, repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and training in support of Edwards Fireworks fire alarm systems platform and EST building control panels including system hardware, firmware, and software in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Peterson Space Force Base (SFB). Peterson SFB Fire Alarms System is a standalone system network. Contract shall include, at a minimum 384 hours per year (32 hours per month) of scheduled visits of an Edwards certified partner Fire Alarm Technician. The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or (shop designee) will provide tasks for technician to be accomplished.
